Goal 1: My long-term goal is to reach my ideal weigh of 140 lbs within one year, by holding myself accountable. My short-term goal is to commit to 40 minutes of exercise 4 days a week.
Goal 2: My long-term goal is make a lifestyle change in regards to my eating habits. My short-term goals is to limit fast food and create meals in advance.
